How to assign security roles to employees

Assigning security roles to your employees will dictate what they have access to within the Eclipse program.


  1. In the Stock & Accounting module, navigate to the Staff tab, and click Maintain Staff.


  2. Select your employee and click Edit.


  3. Click Assign Security Roles.


  4. Select the required Security Role, tick which Branch it applies to, then click Save.
