If you need to change the franchise for a single part, instead of using the Change Part Number or Alternate Supplier to Franchise functions, there is a System Option to allow for this.
- Under System, click System Options.
- In the General Settings, ensure Allow Franchise Code Changes is ticked.
Now you are able to change the franchise when editing a part.
If you do not have access to the System Options, your management or admin team should be able to complete this for you.
