How to set up a SMS response location

If you have subscribed to Service text messages with Eclipse and want to be able to monitor the responses, you will need to set up either a mobile number or email address.



  1. In Stock & Accounting, navigate to the System Options.
  2. In the Company Details tab, click Contact Profiles.


  3. Click Add New.


  4. Enter a Profile Name, select and add either a Mobile Phone Number or Email Address.


  5. Click OK.
