Bays are essentially areas in your workshop, which allows you to allocate your repair orders to those areas. You can also assign your technicians to bays, along with priority codes. For example, you may have a pre-delivery bay with a certain technician, so all of your pre-delivery work orders would be assigned to that bay.
To allocate a bay to your repair order, after you have selected your vehicle and when you are choosing a day to schedule it in, select your time in and bay.
Once your repair orders have been scheduled in, you can move them around to different bays using the Bay Allocation screen, under the Service Control Centre tab.
In this screen you can filter your days and RO types, and Copy/Paste to move your bookings between bays.
