How to merge duplicate parts

The same part may have been entered into your system more than once, often with different part numbers. To fix this, we can merge duplicate parts into one another.

This process cannot be un-done, so please select your parts carefully

1. Under the Parts Management tab click Merge Duplicate Parts.
2. Enter the Part Number you would like to delete in the field on the left and the one you would like to keep on the right.
3. Click Merge Parts to finalise.

All history will be merged into the part being kept.
