You have 2 options to turn your quote into an RO; you can either create a new RO from the quote, or you can merge the quote into an existing repair order.
To Create a new Repair Order
- In the Service Control Centre tab, click Quote List.
- Select your quote and click Create R/O.
- Follow the usual steps to complete your RO booking.
To Merge into an existing Repair Order
- In the Service Control Centre tab, click Quote List.
- Select your quote and click Merge to R/O.
- Find the RO you would like to add the quote to, and click Select.
- Follow the usual steps to complete your RO booking.
