There are three reasons why a Parts Invoice is locked and can not be reopened:
- The parts invoice is attached to an invoiced Service Invoice. You will only be able to reopen it if the service invoice is reopened first.
- The parts invoice is attached to a delivered vehicle sale. Similar to above, the vehicle would need to be undelivered to reopen the parts invoice.
- The accounting period has been closed. Speak to your administrator or Eclipse for more information.
