Why am I unable to reopen a parts invoice?

There are three reasons why a Parts Invoice is locked and can not be reopened:


  1. The parts invoice is attached to an invoiced Service Invoice. You will only be able to reopen it if the service invoice is reopened first.

  2. The parts invoice is attached to a delivered vehicle sale. Similar to above, the vehicle would need to be undelivered to reopen the parts invoice.

  3. The accounting period has been closed. Speak to your administrator or Eclipse for more information.
