Can I remove parts with zero QOH from my stocktake?

Modified on Mon, 24 Jun at 10:23 AM

Yes. You may have a list of parts in your stocktake that you may not have sold or stocked for some time which creates additional unnecessary entities in your reports and stock lists.

If you have not counted these parts yet and they have a QOH of 0, you can use the Remove QOH=0 button to remove them from the stocktake list.

NOTE: These will only remove from the selected stocktake and not delete from Eclipse or mark as inactive.

If you need to re-add parts that have been removed, simply enter the part number (or scan the barcode) in the New Stock Qty at the top with the counted quantity (New Qty). This should then prompt to add the part to your list.

Example 1

This part will be removed from the stocktake list if you click Remove QOH=0 as it does not have a count entered in the Qty column (even if the value is 0).

Example 2

This part will NOT be removed from the stocktake list if you click Remove QOH=0 as it does have a count entered in the Qty column - even though the count is 0.
