If you have the option turned on, your technicians can add the parts used onto the repair order they are working on.
Parts cannot be removed from the RO in the app and will need to be removed via a computer
- From the Dashboard, navigate to Add RO Parts.
- Either type the repair order number in the RO # field, click the Barcode icon to scan the barcode on the printed repair order, or hit the Magnifier button to open a window and select the open RO.
- Select the job you would like to add the parts to in the Job # field.
- Type the Part Number in the Part # field or click the Barcode icon to scan the part.
- Enter the Quantity you would like to add.
- Click Add Part.
