Why is leave loading not calculating?

If you are paying annual leave to your staff and leave loading is not calculating, check the following. 

Please note: remember to untick employee in the pay run for any changes to be made in employee card during a pay run.


  1. Go to employee card, under the Leave tab check if Employee receives Leave Loading is ticked. 
    Tick it if it allows you to and Save and Close.



  2. If Employee receives Leave Loading is greyed out, you will need to go out to the Main Menu, go to Leave under Options tab and edit Annual Leave category. 

    Tick Allow Leave Loading and Save

    Now go to the employee card and tick Employee receives Leave Loading under Leave tab.
