How to create a repair order from an RO request

An RO request is a request from the sales department for work to be done, and is most commonly used for pre-delivery work.


  1. In the Service Control Centre tab, click Repair Order Requests.


  2. Select the RO, then click Edit Request.


  3. Tick the box for Request Processed, then click Save & Create RO.


  4. Complete your RO booking as per usual.
