Once you receive the amount for your factory receivables, you need to use the factory receivables function to select the item lines, and then bank the money.
- In the Accounts Receivable tab, click Factory Receivables.
- Select the Franchise.
- Tick the box for the Receivable Type, and click Load Receivables.
- Select which Line Items match what you have received.
- If you have received a different amount you can edit the Received Amt.
- Click Post.
- In the Accounts Receivable tab, click Bank Deposits.
- Click New Banking.
- Enter the Date the money hit your bank account.
- Select the Payment Type, Payment From Client, and enter the Amount.
- Select the Line Items that match what you have received.
- Click Post.
