How to email debtor statements

Debtor statements can be emailed individually or in bulk. This guide will cover how to do both.


Individually

  1. In the Accounts Receivable tab, click Debtor Invoices.


  2. Enter the Client.


  3. Click on the Statements tab.
  4. Select the Statement you want to send, then click Preview.


  5. Click Send.


In Bulk

  1. In the Accounts Receivable tab, click Debtors Control Centre.


  2. Select the Date you want the statement at, or press EoLM for End of Last Month.


  3. Choose any other Filters you want to apply up the top.


  4. Click the Tickboxes on the left of all the customers you want to send to, or click Select All if you want all customers in the list.
  5. Click Email Statements.
