Debtor statements can be emailed individually or in bulk. This guide will cover how to do both.
Individually
- In the Accounts Receivable tab, click Debtor Invoices.
- Enter the Client.
- Click on the Statements tab.
- Select the Statement you want to send, then click Preview.
- Click Send.
In Bulk
- In the Accounts Receivable tab, click Debtors Control Centre.
- Select the Date you want the statement at, or press EoLM for End of Last Month.
- Choose any other Filters you want to apply up the top.
- Click the Tickboxes on the left of all the customers you want to send to, or click Select All if you want all customers in the list.
- Click Email Statements.
