Navigating the sales list screen

Modified on Mon, 14 Oct at 11:49 AM

Under the Stock/Sales tab, you will find the Sales List screen. This screen is used to manage your vehicles sales.

The left hand side of the screen contains your filters, so you can choose what displays in the list screen.

In the top right of the screen is a search bar and a few buttons.

The search bar can be used to search anything relating to the sale, including stock number, regos, and customer name.

There is a tick box to choose whether or not the amount owing on the deal is displayed.

The left most button refreshes the sale list screen.

The middle button will take you directly to the stock unit.

The right hand side button will print the current page of the sale list.

Along the top of your screen are tabs for the different stages of the sale.

Pending: The financial information of the deal will not hit the general ledger when in a pending status.

Delivered: This is the point the sale will hit the general ledger, but still may require invoices to be added.

Finalised: Once everything has been added to the deal, such as aftercare or commissions, the deal is then finalised.

All: Displays all of your sale.

If your search is not bringing up the sale you are after, ensure you are in the All tab

Along the bottom of the screen are your action buttons.

Add: Create a new sale.

Edit: Edit the selected sale.

View: View the selected sale.

Paperwork: Brings up the paperwork window for the selected sale.

Aftercare: Quick add aftercare items to the selected sale.

Add Cost: Quick add costs to the selected sale.

Stock Card: View the stock card for the selected sale.

To the right are the buttons to move the sale through the stages (Pending/Delivered/Finalised)

If you mistakenly click unsell, you will need to re-enter the deal. Ultimate cannot recover any of the sale data.
