How to create custom security roles

The Eclipse program comes with a number of default security roles, however if you wish to change these you can create custom roles.

1. In the Stock & Accounting module, navigate to the Staff tab, then click Security Roles.
   
   
   
2. Select a Security Role, and click New/Copy.
   
   
   
3. Re-name the security role.
4. Select which Features/Functions you want this role to have access to. (You can use the search field if you have trouble finding a specific task).
5. Click Save.
