If you have subscribed to Service text messages with Eclipse, an automatic reminder SMS can be sent to the customer 1 day prior to their booking (or however many days prior you choose).
To set the message and the number of days prior to the booking, in Service System Options, navigate to the SMS Services tab, and enter a generic message, and enter a number in the Send ? Days Before Date In field.
Eclipse SMS using merge fields to pick up the clients name/booking date etc. Please contact Eclipse if you require assistance with these fields
