How to create a service quote

In the Service Control Centre tab, click Service Vehicle List.
Select the vehicle you wish to provide the quote for, and click Create Quote.
Select the Type of quote (Service, General Work etc).
Click on Job 1.
Load a Service Template (Service Schedule) if applicable.
Enter a Job Heading.
Enter Work to be Done codes, Concern notes, and Photos as required.
Click Add Job and follow steps 5-7 if applicable.
Click Save, or Save & Cost if you wish to enter the cost/customer price for the quote.

each separate repair should be it's own job, so that you can accurately report on each repairs costings
