How to change the status of an RO from in progress to booked

If your repair orders change to a status of in progress when printed, there may be times you want to change it back to a status of booked.


In the Service Control Centre tab, click Repair Order List.

Find your RO and click the Grey Box to the right of the screen to change the status.
