Navigating the booking manager

Modified on Tue, 17 Dec, 2024 at 1:55 PM

The Booking Manager can be found in the Service Control Centre tab. This screen is used to manage your repair orders that are booked in, but also can be used to enter new bookings.

The top most area is used to select service vehicles. Once selected you can create a repair order or find when their next booking is scheduled in.

On the right you can switch your calendar between Book by Hours or Day Mode, depending on how you manage your bookings.

The area beneath the vehicle details is used to add your service schedules/templates. If you would like the vehicles last service to display here, ensure you create the service from this screen.

The calendar allows you to see what is booked in on any given day. It will also display how many technician hours are still available to be scheduled, the priority of the bookings that day, and also if there are any loan vehicles scheduled out for that day. You can create new bookings in this area as well.

At the very bottom are your action buttons.

Edit RO: Allows you to edit the select repair order.

Edit Inv: To edit the charges on the invoice.

Preview RO: Used to preview the RO print out.

Preview Inv: Used to preview the customer invoice.

Cancel RO: To cancel the selected RO and remove from your bookings.

Print Schedule: Used to print the daily run sheet.

Time Graph: Displays a graph within a time period showing hours booked and hours available each day (as shown below).

Send Bulk SMS: Allows you to send a bulk sms to all clients booked in that day.
