As you enter and progress your prospects in CRM, they will move through different statuses, beginning with initial contact through to delivered sale.
- In the Prospect tab, click Prospect Status.
- Click Add.
- Enter a Code and Description of the status.
- Assign a Stage (You can have multiple initial contact and visit stages, but the other stages should only be assigned to one status).
- Select a Colour.
- Click Save and Close.
If you click Show Lifecycle in the top right of the screen you can view the prospect cycle from beginning to end.
