Any time contact is made with a prospect, it is recommended to record the communication made so that the history of the prospect is accurately documented.
- In the Prospects tab, click Prospects.
- Select the prospect and click Edit.
- Click Record Communication.
- Choose between Inbound or Outbound Contact.
- Select the Contact Method.
- Enter Notes regarding the communication.
- You can choose to change the Status of the prospect in this screen (eg from walk-in to quote provided).
- Click Save & Close.
- This is now recorded in the Communication tab in the prospect card.
