How to write off parts

In the event you have parts that are missing or potentially damaged, you can write off parts outside of your usual stocktake.

If you want to 'write back' you parts, please do not use this method, and call the UBS helpdesk

1. In the Sell Parts or Purchase Parts tab, click Parts Enquiry.
   
   
   
2. Enter the Part Number, then click Adjust.
   
   
   
3. Enter your Username and Password.
   
   
   
4. Enter the New Part Qty and a Reason.
5. Click OK.
