The workshop controller provides an overview of all repair orders currently being worked on and their progress.
The top of the screen holds the filters, so you can decide what displays on the screen, such as repair order types, what to include/exclude, advisor, and branch.
You can also tick the box to ensure the screen Auto Refreshes.
The Run Sheet displays the list of repair orders currently being worked on. In this screen you can see how much time has been spent on it so far, which technician is currently working on it, and the progress percentage. You can move the columns around and choose what is visible to suit your business.
The progress is calculated by the estimated time vs the actual time clocked
The Staff Sheet shows your service technicians working hours, how much they have clocked for the day, and what job they are currently working on.
Productivity is calculated by the in attendance hours vs clocked hours
On the right hand side you have Repair Order and Staff Statistics. This will show a tally of ROs in progress and completed, and how many staff you have available.
Below the statistics is the Staff Logs and Checklists, which are visible when clicking on a repair order.
