How to create priority codes

Priority codes are used as a flag against a repair order to determine it's priority within the dealership. Examples of these would be "same day" or "urgent".


  1. In the Service Maintenance tab, click Repair Orders, then Priority Codes.


  2. Click Add.


  3. Enter a Code and a Description. You can also change the colours of the codes.
  4. Click Save.
