How to create work to be done and remedy codes

Work to be done codes are used as instructions/checklists for your service technician. Remedy codes are used as notes/checklists for the customer, and will appear on their invoice.


  1. Under the Service Maintenance tab, click Repair Orders.
  2. Select Work To Be Done Codes.


  3. Choose either the Work Codes or Remedy Codes tab.
  4. Enter an Item Code and Description. You can also select it's Sort Order.
  5. Click Save.
