Work to be done codes are used as instructions/checklists for your service technician. Remedy codes are used as notes/checklists for the customer, and will appear on their invoice.
- Under the Service Maintenance tab, click Repair Orders.
- Select Work To Be Done Codes.
- Choose either the Work Codes or Remedy Codes tab.
- Enter an Item Code and Description. You can also select it's Sort Order.
- Click Save.
