- In the Edit RO screen click Manage Hire Vehicles.
- Click New Hire.
- Enter the To and From hire dates.
- Select the Stock and the Client.
- Enter a Cost for the hire, or tick the box for Free/Complementary.
- You can choose to enter the vehicles KMs and Fuel Level, and also the Drivers License details.
- In the Accessories tab you can add extras, such as a GPS.
- In the Bond tab you can add a payment if one was taken.
- If the customer is paying a deposit you can add that into the Deposits tab.
- You can also add Towing Vehicle details and Notes if required.
- Click Save Booking, or Process if the vehicle is being taken now.
- Once the hire is returned, click on the Current Hires tab and click Hire Return.
- You have the option of entering KMs Traveled as well as Refunding the Bond.
- Click Process Return to complete the hire.
