How to create vehicle hire limits

You may want to set vehicle hire limits so that when booking hires you don't run the risk of overbooking for how many hire vehicles you actually have available.

1. In the Service Module, click System, then System Options.
   
   
   
2. Navigate to the Service Bookings tab.
3. Under the Booking Limits heading, click Add New Limit.
   
   
   
4. Enter a Type, Code, Interval, and Limit Amount.
5. If you have multiple branches ensure you select the correct one.
6. You can choose to Include Mixture Bookings, and Stop Advisor from Continuing if the limit is reached.
   
7. Click Save.
   
   
   
8. Click Save & Close.
