The second button in the left hand side menu is the Stock List screen. This screen is used to manage your stock inventory.

The left hand side of the screen displays the list filters, so you can choose what displays in the list screen. You can also save filters which can then be found under Saved Filters.
If you cannot find a particular stock unit, ensure all filters are cleared.

The top of the screen is where you can search for a particular stock unit. You can search specifically via Stock Number, Rego etc, or keep it in All to search through all fields.

Below the search bar is the Add button, which is used to enter a new stock unit.

Along each stock line are 2 buttons, the Edit button, which allows you to make changes to the particular stock unit, and the More Options button. 
Add Sale - Create a sale for the selected stock unit
Add Cost - Add a vehicle cost to the stock unit
Write Back Stock - Used to write back the cost of the selected stock unit
View Stock Card - View the stock card for the selected stock unit
Go to Sale - If this unit has been sold, this button will take you directly to the sale
Send Email - Quickly send the client an email
Bounce - Used to remove the stock from your stock list
Forms - Will display state specific vehicle forms
Valuation Report - Displays a valuation report for the selected vehicle with options to print or email
Vendor Client Inspection Report - Displays a vehicle client inspection report for the stock unit with options to print or email
Fact Sheet - Displays a fact sheet for the selected vehicle
Police Book Slip - Displays a police book slip for the selected vehicle
Go to Stock Upload - Will open a new tab showing the stock upload details for this stock unit
Ledger Enquiry - Displays a ledger enquiry run on the stock number
Ledger Enquiry (Inc Reversals) - Displays the same as above but also includes any reversals done
