If you are finding new stock missing or recent vehicle updates (e.g.. if sold, or pricing changes) are not reflecting to your marketplace or your website, the common issue is the Eclipse Uploader or Eclipse Export tool is no longer running. This tool is typically run from one specific workstation or server.
It is important Eclipse Export program continue to run (even if hidden) to continue to send any updates to your desired websites
This will display any errors during uploading, and for any specific vehicle errors (e.g. missing price, etc.) you can click the Report button. If you are receiving invalid user or Client ID errors please contact the helpdesk.
If you have opened Eclipse Export on a different PC than normally used for stock uploading, it will indicate this. To use the current PC, you'll need to change the designated upload machine.
Alternatively you can view the status of vehicles uploaded from within Eclipse Stock & Accounting under Reports -> Stock Uploader Reports.
