Podium intergration with Eclipse

This function is only available from version 2011.24.286 onwards

What is Podium?

Podium is a 3rd party software that manages SMS communication with your clients. Using Podium, you can send a pre-set message to your customers, with a link to review your business. With the integration in Eclipse, one click of a button will send the message, and the communication history will be stored in both Eclipse and Podium.

How to link Eclipse to your Podium account.

1. In the Stock & Accounting module, click System, then System Options.
   
   
   
2. Navigate to the Internet Passwords tab.
3. Within the Podium Integration field, click Get Code.
   
   
4. You will then be taken to a log in screen for Podium, where you will either be required to log in or create a new account.
   
   
   
5. Once logged in, you will receive an Authorization Code. Click Copy.
   
   
   
6. Back in Stock & Accounting, paste the code in the Auth Code field , and click Verify.
7. Tick the boxes to Enable in Service or CRM.
8. Link your branch location by clicking the 3 dots in the Location UID per Branch field.
   
   
9. Enter your Review Invitation Template. You can use the merge fields as required.
   
   
   
10. Click Save & Close.

Your template must have [ReviewLink] in it to be able to send the review link.

How to send a review SMS

From the client list - select your client and click Online Review.

From a vehicle sale - edit your sale and click Online Review.

From a repair order - in your RO list, right click on the repair order, and click Online Review.

From a service invoice - in the invoice RO screen, click Online Review
