How to create hold reasons

Modified on Thu, 21 Nov, 2024 at 2:00 PM

Hold reasons are used to easily identify why repair orders have not been completed/are on hold. Examples of these would be "waiting on parts" or "waiting on warranty company".

  1. In the Service Maintenance tab, click Repair Orders.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Enter a Code and a Description.
  4. Click Save.
