How to create lost reasons

When a prospect is marked as lost you are required to enter a reason why, and these are then used for reporting purposes to determine a common theme between lost prospects.


  1. In the Prospect Detail screen, click Lost.


  2. Click the 3 dots next to the Lost Reason field.


  3. Click Add.


  4. Enter a Code and a Description.
  5. Click Save.
