Scheduling and available staff hours

If you prefer to schedule your service bookings per hour rather than per day, the service technicians working hours need to be managed, so that you can see how many hours available you have on any given day.



In the Staff tab, click Staff Hours.



Here we can see that the service technician works 9-5, Monday to Friday, giving us 8 hours per day available for repair orders.



Should the technician be away that day, by ticking the Away box, the available hours for that day are now 0.



You can also manually adjust the hours by using the up/down arrows next to the start and finish times
