How to cost a service quote

  1. In the Service Control Centre tab, click Quote List.


  2. Select the quote and click Cost Quote.


  3. Click Review Job Charges.


  4. In the Labour tab, enter the estimated hours (sale units).


  5. Enter any Shop Supplies and their sale units.


  6. Enter any Parts and Save as Quote.



  7. Add any Sublets required.



  8. Factory/3Cs are for any notes to be added.


  9. The Customer Instr tab is used to add remedy codes.


  10. If there are more than 1 job on the quote, click Next Job and repeat steps 4-9.


  11. Click Save.
  12. Click Print Quote to provide to the customer.
