Your Outlook program may have had an update recently, and now emails aren't being sent from Eclipse.
In Stock & Accounting, click System in the top left, then click This PC's Outlook Settings.
Ensure you have ticked the box for Supports 64 bit Outlook.
If you are still experiencing email issues, the EmailSenderCaller64 file must be extracted from the Eclipse folder.
Paste the following file path into file explorer: C:\Program Files (x86)\Eclipse
Find the zip file labelled EmailSenderCaller64.
Highlight the file, then right click.
Click Extract All.
Ensure the file destination is the same as the below screenshot, then click Extract.
You may be prompted for an administrator username and password when extracting, your admin team or IT company will have these details
